Cosette, I Love You Very Much! Happy Birthday!

My dear Cosette turns 17 today! She's been like a sister, a mom, and a friend. I love it when she cleans my face every night! I'd post a photo, but I can't seem to upload one right now.

I'm still around! Apologies for not updating more regularly. I'm 9 years old now and still working as a Therapy Dog. In fact, I went to an event yesterday and got to meet two very famous mice!

I'm in the process (well, my Mom is) of tranferring my blog over to another site. All posts and comments will be there and anyone will be able to leave comments with no log-in required. I'll leave a note here, but will will just still be my domain http://rustythedog.com redirected elsewhere instead of here.

My Mom & I have been terrible about keeping up with this blog! I hope to get caught up soon!

Dream Street

I don't have time to write much, but I worked yesterday at a very special event. We had to drive a ways, but we ended up at this beautiful camp full of really friendly and smiling kids. The kids are all "sick," with things like cancer, but you'd never really know it. They were having so much fun! My therapy dog friends and I got lots of petting and hugs!

We Did It!

My Mom and I did the walk last weekend. We raised $600 for the Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House! Here are a few photos from the event:

My Mom got this cool adapter for water bottles so I can drink out of them.
